Although the United States’ real estate market has staged a small recovery in recent months with residential rentals increasing and housing prices starting to slip, this seems like the perfect opportunity for those huge, empty condos to start advertising and striking the market before prices plummet further. Sales agents can always use conventional advertising mediums like real estate magazines or listings in local newspapers, but in a market like this real estate firms and owners should be thinking outside of the box. Using a promotional t-shirt with the building as the design, you can make your piece of real estate stand out, and everyone will know who to contact if they’re looking to rent or purchase an apartment or office. It’s definitely a new take on advertising for a conventional industry.
