May the Forest Be With You

This past April, Starwars.com and Zazzle collaborated to design six promotional organic t-shirts to celebrate Earth Day. With Star Wars related messages on each of them, I’m sure fans got a kick out of the opporunity to go green and relive their favorite Star Wars scenes.
The money raised by these t-shirts were used to benefit forests as part of Zazzle’s “Tree-Shirt ReLeaf” campaign. The company hoped to plant 100,000 trees with money earned from the sale of their Green Day t-shirts, which ran through April 24, 2009.
