DUC Open T-Shirt

It’s nearly impossible to try and make fishing seem exciting to the average person. Add the adjective competitive to the act of fishing and you might spark some interest. But if you turn it into spearfishing, the appeal of the sport increases exponentially.
The Durban Undersea Club in South Africa recently hosted the 2009 DUC Open Spearfishing Competition. While the thrill of spearfishing would have been enough to get me to sign up, they were also giving away these awesome promotional t-shirts. I would have preferred a promotional spear for an event like this, but I’m just glad they weren’t giving out promotional fishing accessories & imprinted lures like they do at other competitive fishing events.
