It’s been a while since I’ve showcased anything for the computer-saavy crowd…Anyways, I recently saw some techie-looking guy wearing this t-shirt. It turns out its from thinkgeek.com. It seems like a great piece of geek schwag to me even though I don’t fully get the joke!

binary reads right to left starting from the number 1 and double each time.
so 00000001 would be 1, 10000000 would be 128
and 10000001 would be 129.
so 10, which should really be 00000010 (as binary is represent in octets, sets of 8 number) would be 2.
