A Nerdy Ugly Mean Promotional T Shirt

This shirt hails from the Writer’s Guild of America strike earlier this year, and is amusing enough to still be sold even though the strike ended in late February. The idea stemmed from an interview of NBC Entertainment’s chief, Ben Silverman, about the Golden Globe Awards. In regards to the WGA picketing the event, he stated: “It feels like the nerdiest, ugliest, meanest kids in the high school are trying to cancel the prom, but NBC wants to try and keep that prom alive”. He probably didn’t expect them to make a promotional t shirt out of what he intended to be an insult!
